If you’d like a shampoo and conditioner duo that gives you luscious, glossy hair, then you definitely need to buy Salon Science’s Celluluxe Shampoo and Conditioner. I’m not even kidding.

I’ll be perfectly honest, I usually stick to the same brands for shampoo and conditioner. As the saying goes, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. However, I’ve noticed that my hair can become used to the same products so I often change what I use on my hair.

This shampoo claims to restore and rejuvenate ageing hair. At 27, I’m not overly concerned with ageing hair but I think it could still benefit with a boost, particularly in the heat.

Enriched with nourishing ingredients such as plant stem cell extracts of Swiss Apple, PhytoCellTec Malus Domestica, it has a lovely, fruity smell.  These extracts are known for their skin-boosting properties and in this case, protecting and rejuvenating frazzled hair.

Such ingredients aim to slow down the ageing process of our hair, including slow hair growth, thinning hair and deterioration of hair follicles.

I noticed an immediate improvement in my hair after just one use. My hair feels lighter, bouncier and full of volume. Because my hair is quite long (and I don’t visit the hairdresser’s as much as I should due to a fear that they’ll cut too much off) I can often end up with dry, split ends.

Not anymore. My hair feels protected from the roots to the ends. It’s noticeably shinier too! I’m very impressed.

My only complaint is that because I usually try to avoid shampoo with sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) as an ingredient, I wish it wasn’t included in this product.

Like the above shampoo, the conditioner contains the same nourishing phytonutrients of Swiss Apple, PhytoCellTec Malus Domestica to revitalise fine and ageing hair as well as boost volume. It’s incredibly lightweight so I don’t have to worry about it weighing down my hair.

Once I’ve used the Celluluxe shampoo, I work the conditioner through my hair and leave it on for two minutes. After I rinse it off and dry my hair it feels absolutely fantastic. My hair is silky smooth and protected. I’d definitely buy this again!
