Oriental fashion never goes out of style does it? For this week’s LOTW (shot in the very beautiful Tivoli Park in Ljubljana, Slovenia) I’ve been inspired by Asia and embraced a brighter colour for a new season. Who says autumnal fashion has to be dull?
I bought this beautiful Chinese top from Sariko in Ljubljana. I love it. It’s a gorgeous shade of red and the detailing is beautiful. It’s an added bonus that the high collar gives me extra sun protection!
I’ve teamed it with black trousers from Zara. Black trousers are a staple in anyone’s wardrobe and these match the top perfectly.
I’m obsessed with protecting my eyes from the sun, particularly when it’s very hot and sunny outside. These Polaroid sunglasses are polarised, which means they reduce eye strain and eliminates refracted light from reaching my eyes. I love the chic design too!
These bracelets are amazing. I picked the gold one up from a vintage market in Brighton. I adore the bright colours and the delicate design. The silver bracelet is from Sariko. I love these dragon earrings, they’re perfect for this look.
Although I’ve gone for an oriental theme, my other accessories add a touch of punk rock to my look. I’ve paired a red studded headband (oh so Valentino!) with black studded black shoes.
Funny story: I heard David Bowie’s version of China Girl playing in a department store in Ljubljana city centre after I’d finished this photo shoot. What a strange coincidence, right?!
