Monochrome fashion is such a chic look to wear, particularly at this time of year.
A black cape, ruffled sleeves à la Karl Lagerfeld AND silver glitter boots. In case you can’t tell, I’m SUPER excited to share my latest Look of the Week with you.
Although it’s Christmas Eve tomorrow, the weather over here in the UK is very strange for December. Less snow and more humid temperatures. Not that I’m complaining, I like snow but commuting in it is an absolute nightmare. Plus, snow and slush are no good for leather footwear…
I usually dissect my LOTW outfits from head to toe but this week I’m going straight to the footwear. I mean look at these silver glitter boots! They’re the best thing I’ve ever seen! What do you think?
I recently bought them by accident. I came across another pair of silver boots from Boden in a magazine and after searching for them online (to no avail) I stumbled across these. I fell immediately in love with them, how could I not?
I’m a total self-confessed shoe addict so it takes a lot to impress me footwear wise and these beauties have it all. They’re very comfortable, chic and look fabulous with black jeans. Stop, I think I’m in love. I think Noel Fielding would be too!
A black cape is a wardrobe staple and this number from Zara is my absolute favourite. Tweed style shorts never go out of fashion, they’re so Chanel! These are also from Zara and I literally can’t stop wearing them at the moment. They look awesome with long flat boots like this pair.
This grey tiger jumper is lovely. It’s very warm! A handful of silver rings finish off my outfit perfectly.
I’m kind of obsessed with ruffled sleeves at the moment and there are lots of ruffled sleeved shirts available. However, I’ve gone for a different approach here because I’m wearing ruffle sleeves that I picked up at IKEA (of all places!) underneath my jumper. Who says you can’t find fashion in unlikely places?
