For this week’s LOTW, I’ve gone for a casual luxe theme. I’ve dressed up navy trousers with a beautiful Japanese bomber jacket. What do you think of my look?
You might recognise one of the locations. I hope you do. It’s none other than the historic Abbey Road. If you’re a fan of The Beatles, I really don’t need to tell you the significance of this. I couldn’t help but stop and do an impromptu photo shoot at such a wonderful place.
I’m obsessed with buying jackets at the moment. This bomber jacket from Zara was far too beautiful to leave in the shop. It would have been a fashion travesty!
I love it. It’s very chic and comfortable. It’s reversible too, which doesn’t make me feel as bad for buying it because it’s technically two jackets in one!
I adore the beautiful Japanese design. If you’re wondering what ‘Hina Matsuri’ means, it stands for ‘Doll Festival’. Started over 1,000 years ago, it’s celebrated by parents in Japan on 3rd March who praise their daughters’ happiness, good health and growth.
Navy trousers are the perfect addition to any wardrobe. They go with so much and can be dressed up or down. They look perfect with a Breton top like this one.
For accessories, I’ve gone for a few chunky silver rings and boat shoes. Boat shoes will never go out of style. These Ralph Lauren beauties are super comfortable.
Alexander McQueen is one of my favourite designers. I bought this skull scarf last year and I can’t stop wearing it. I love the bold blue colour.
My trusty Kate Spade bag is never far from my side either. It’s the perfect travel companion.
